For months, one question has been consistent—when is the next Building Moisture Inspection (BMI) class? That answer is now available. The 2026 BMI class schedule is officially open, with both in-person and live-stream options designed to accommodate real-world schedules and travel constraints.

BMI is built on field application—not theory alone. In-person attendance delivers the most complete experience through hands-on inspection, direct instructor interaction, and real-time application of building science within actual building systems. This is where concepts transition into competence.

For those unable to travel, the live-stream format provides a practical alternative. Participants engage in real time, ask questions, and work through the material while progressing toward BMI certification.

Tuition for the BMI course is $995 per student. Organizations registering four or more attendees receive a 10% discount, making it a viable option for team training and standardization.
