It’s been a common question over the past several months—when are the next BMI classes? The wait is over.
We’re now opening up the 2026 Building Moisture Inspection (BMI) class schedule, with a mix of in-person training and live-stream options to fit different schedules and travel needs.
BMI has always been built around real-world application, which is why attending in person delivers the most complete experience. Being on-site allows for hands-on inspection, direct interaction, and a deeper understanding of how moisture behaves within building systems.
That said, we know not everyone can travel. For those who can’t make it in person, the live-stream classes provide a strong alternative—giving you the ability to participate, ask questions, and work through the material in real time while still moving toward BMI certification.
