With over 20 years of expertise in cleaning, decontamination, and disaster restoration, Gabriel has established himself as a leader in the industry. As a bilingual trainer, he has certified and helped hundreds of professionals in restoration, decontamination, and air duct cleaning, delivering IICRC certifications such as BMI, AMRT, WRT, FSRT, and OCT. He also provides specialized asbestos training in Quebec and has developed different tailored training programs with various topics under IQAQ.

 

Still actively engaged in the field, Gabriel believes that real-world experience is fundamental to effective training. He has personally led and supervised thousands of projects, including water and fire damage restoration, fungal decontamination, asbestos abatement, and trauma scene cleanup. His unique approach bridges hands-on expertise with high-level technical knowledge, ensuring practical and impactful learning.

A pioneer in innovative project support, Gabriel integrates cutting-edge technology such as thermal and moisture readings, 3D imaging, drone inspections, particle counters, and microbiological testing. His ability to combine field experience with advanced diagnostics helps set new industry standards, reinforcing project reliability and enhancing quality assurance.

John Stowe is a highly accomplished expert in the inspection, cleaning, restoration, and property insurance industries with over 20 years of hands-on experience. He is one of the first Triple Master Restorers in Oklahoma, achieving this distinction in 2010. As the co-founder of Covenant Restorations, alongside his wife Kim Stowe, he has built a company that exemplifies excellence in inspection, cleaning, restoration, education, and advocacy.

 

John holds an extensive list of certifications from industry-leading organizations, including the IICRC, OSHA, EPA, ITI, and Xactware, showcasing his commitment to maintaining the highest standards in inspection, cleaning, and restoration. He has obtained top-tier certifications in water damage restoration, fire and smoke restoration, microbial remediation, and textile cleaning. Additionally, his years of Level 3 Xactimate Certifications solidify his expertise in estimating and documentation.

His rigorous scientific methodology, coupled with unwavering dedication and extensive proficiency in utilizing advanced meters, inspection tools, and documentation equipment, enables him to generate precise, data-driven reports that withstand scrutiny in insurance claims, litigation, and expert testimony.

 

Recognizing the gap between insurance carriers, contractors, and property owners, John has dedicated his career to bridging that divide. He is a subject matter expert, consultant, and expert witness, frequently hired by property owners, insurance professionals, attorneys, and contractors for his exceptional ability to inspect buildings, assess damage, document findings, develop comprehensive restoration scopes, and create meticulous, scientifically substantiated estimates.

 

John also plays a leading role in the education of the building inspection, cleaning, and restoration industries, serving as the IICRC Vice Chair of Building Moisture Inspection and volunteering with the IICRC as a technical advisor and exam revision group member to help develop courses. He is also an IICRC-approved instructor. He is passionate about training the next generation of professionals and ensuring that inspection, cleaning, and restoration is done the right way—ethically, effectively, and scientifically.
