The Building Moisture Inspection (BMI) course is a science-based, IICRC-approved training program that equips professionals with the advanced knowledge and practical skills needed to locate, assess, and diagnose moisture-related conditions in buildings.
Participants learn how moisture enters and moves through buildings, including concealed pathways; how to properly use and interpret inspection instruments; how building assemblies fail; and how to document findings through a systematic and defensible inspection process.
