The BMI course is a science-based, IICRC-approved training program that equips professionals with the advanced knowledge and skills to locate, assess, and diagnose moisture-related issues in buildings. Over the course, you will explore foundational building science, moisture dynamics (including vapor diffusion and hidden paths), state-of-the-art measurement and documentation techniques, failure pathways in building assemblies, the consequences of unchecked moisture (on materials, indoor air quality and occupant health), and a systematic approach to inspection and reporting.
